    A 6 oz. patty hand made in our kitchen from a blend of fresh ground brisket and smoked bacon is seasoned, char grilled to perfection, and served on a 4" hamburger bun baked fresh locally. Our burger come dressed and includes a generous serving of our house cut fries.

    Seafood Bread

    A 6" loaf of french bread straight out of Leidenheimer's Bakery in New Orleans. Split in half and coated with our own special dressing, finished off with layers of fresh shrimp and lump white crab meat, topped with provolone cheese and toasted to perfection. 8 individual slices makes the perfect appetizer.

    Mahi Sandwich

    6 oz. mahi mahi filet seasoned perfectly, char grilled, and finished with our own blend of soy sauce and brown sugar reduction. Served on a 4" hamburger bun baked fresh locally. Green leaf lettuce, tomato, and extra sauce served on the side. Served with a side of house made potatoe salad that kicks just right.

    Royal Red Platter

    1 lb. of 21-25 count royal red shrimp steamed to perfection. Served in a small fiberglass pirogue with 2 ears of sweet buttered corn, six spicy red potatoes, a link of smoked sausage, and fresh hot drawn butter.

    3 oz. mahi mahi filet seasoned perfectly and char grilled. This perfect blend of sweet and spicy includes two (2) tacos per order, served on a 6" toasted floured tortilla dressed with purple cabbage and our house made sour cream chipotle aioli. A special blend of soy sauce and brown sugar reduced and a home made pico de gallo are served on the side. Includes our popular house made potato salad that kicks just right.
